    1. Terms of supply:

    This page (together with any documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

    2. Our status:

    Please note that in some cases, we accept orders as agents on behalf of third party sellers. The resulting legal contract may be between you and that third party seller. In this event we will provide details of the third party seller. Any third party seller that we sell on behalf of agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this page. The legal contract is either between you and RetroVillage or you and the third party seller.

    3. Our liability:

    We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.

    4. Import duty:

    If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

    5. Cancellation right:

    Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please see our returns section for further details.

    6. Acceptance of your order:

    We must receive payment of the full-advertised price of the products and delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the product(s). It is a binding contract only when orders are accepted. All orders are subject to availability and if a product ordered is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative product or a full refund.

    7. Prices:

    All prices are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. We always endeavor to ensure that all prices are accurate, however mistakes can sometimes occur and we are not obligated to complete orders in this occurrence. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.

    8. Goods lost in transit:

    In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit we will send a replacement or full refund where items are sold out. Please note that orders cannot be classified as lost until 10 working days after dispatch.

    10. Validity:

    If any of these Terms and Conditions is not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

    11. Third party rights:

    We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.

    12. Events outside our control:

    We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

    We endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website is correct; however we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the services provided on it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

    15. Governing law and jurisdiction:

    Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.

    16. Intellectual Property and Content:

    The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Retro Village or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by the Retro Village and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use only. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website and you may not use any such content in connection with any business or commercial

            17. returns and replacement:

             customers has 21 days to return any item purchased and will be refunded the full amount of purchased price (considering the item is not damaged unworn and in selling condition)  minus postage  

             to be paid by customer (unless item is faulty)
             Orders will be sent to the billing address once the item is purchased and paid for. This will be sent out within 7 working days.
             Exchange is free for some priced items or the paying customer can get a refund, credit or add the difference.
